Infant massage is a great way to build the bond between Mom/Parents and Baby.  Massage teaches your
baby relaxation at a young age, an important tool that your baby can use throughout his or her life.  By
spending more one on one time with your baby during massage you will be able to recognize your baby’s cues
more quickly.  Baby Massage also increases circulation and nutrients being absorbed, in turn building the
immune system.  Massage can also relieve your baby's discomforts caused by teething, gas, colic, and
constipation.  Join us for one focused class or attend all three classes for a more in depth full body
massage.  All supplies will be provided.
